The classic Soviet era PDF-D gas mask was intended for Cold War child Civilian use. It is the smaller cousin to the GP-5 adult masks with straps rather than the ‘shower cap’ design and is quite effective.d.
The Soviet 40mm filter cartridge thread design that comes with the mask is slightly different than most other 40mm NATO cartridges on this website. However you will find that they are close enough that you can effectively use the standard 40mm thread cartridges with this mask. The child size filters are the exact ones the adult sizs use. The hose is included and attached to the child sized masks and the filter must be held in the hand or strapped to the body due to weight and space restrictions on the mask itself.
These masks are surplus and used but mostly in like new condition.
Kit includes gas mask (with hose) and carry bag. No filter is included but available for purchase individually.
