These are commercial/civilian MRE cases. These are made by the same company as GI issue MREs but are slimmed down and don't contain as much food as the issued MREs.
This is a single "entree / meal" package.
These meals are marked "reduced sodium".
Each meal contain a large quantity of assorted food (on average 850 calories).
Every year these change, so we can't guarantee exact contents but we can give you a good idea of contents.
MREs are completely ready to eat and require no water to prepare the food.
The only items which would require water is the water activated heater and drinks.
We try to have the newest manufactured dates possible but again, stock is always changing.
